Finalists announced for the IFOY AWARD 2017
The finalists for the International Forklift Truck of the Year (IFOY) Award 2017 are in. Eleven trucks from Crown, Jungheinrich, kickTrike, SSI Schäfer, Still, Torwegge and UniCarriers have been nominated for the final round from all the entries.

It's once again time to start the search for the winners of the IFOY Award. The entrant portal for the leading international intralogistics award went live today, and the manufacturers of warehouse and material handling trucks as well as the providers of intralogistics services and software can now submit their innovations for the competition.
Munich Fair is new IFOY Partner
The Messe München trade fair company with its transport logistic, bauma and IFAT fairs is the new partner of the IFOY Award. From 2017, the test week and the award ceremony for the international intralogistics award will take place in Munich every two years, alternating with the CeMAT fair in Hannover in the intervening years.

There were once again major celebrations when the all-important words – "And the IFOY Award goes to …" were spoken at the beginning of the CeMAT. The names of the winners of the "Intralogistics Oscars" are traditionally a well-kept secret, and even the winners are kept in the dark until the last minute. There were 13 trucks and solutions reached the finals of the international "Intralogistics Oscars": In the end, BYD, Crown, Jungheinrich and SSI Schäfer won the prestigious IFOY Awards in five categories and were presented with the metal and glass trophies to the accompaniment of applause from the 350 invited guests.
IFOY AWARD 2016: SSI Schäfer's Weasel wins Intralogistics Solution
The IFOY Award in the category "Intralogistics Solution" goes to SSI Schäfer's Weasel at Next Level Logistik GmbH. In a tight finish, the in-plant fleet solution with Weasel® driverless transport systems came in first to secure the title of "Intralogistics Solution of the Year".
IFOY AWARD 2016: Jungheinrich wins "Warehouse Truck highlifter" category
The IFOY Award in the category “Warehouse Truck highlifter" goes to the newly developed EKX 516 from Jungheinrich.
IFOY AWARD 2016: Jungheinrich wins "Special Vehicle" category
The IFOY Award 2015 in the category "Special Vehicle" goes to the EJQ from Jungheinrich AG in Hamburg. The EJQ was developed for the Deutsche Bahn rail company to permit the loading and separation of the wheel sets for the ICE trains and the wheel set changer.
