Editor-in-Chief Fleet Transport
Jarlath Sweeney (born in 1961) is Editor-in-Chief of the Irish magazine "Fleet Transport" since 2003.
Fleet Transport is published by JJDS Publications Ltd (of which Jarlath Sweeney is a director). JJDS Publications Ltd also publish Handling Network magazine of which Sweeney is also editor.

Paul White (born 1962) is editor at Fleet Transport Publications & Handling Network - Ireland.
He holds a BA Hon’s Degree in Training and Education from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a degree in Automotive Engineering from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Dublin. A holder of all driving licence categories for truck and bus for thirty-five years, with more than fifteen years professional driving experience throughout Europe, North Africa and the United States. Paul is also an Approved Driver CPC Trainer and Advanced Driver Trainer for all Driving Licence categories.
Throughout his time in transport he has worked as Technician, Driver, Transport Manager, and Company Director. He regularly advises on policy issues for State and Semi State bodies on a variety of road transport topics. He is a recipient of two ‘Leading Lights Awards’ from the Road Safety Authority of Ireland, for work in the area of education and commercial vehicle road safety.
Other professional qualifications include a Certificate in National and International Road Transport Management, from the College of Commerce, Rathmines, Dublin. Paul became a transport journalist with Fleet Transport Publications and Handling Network in 2001 and is a member of the Association of Professional Motoring Press (APMP) in Ireland.
