Premiere at the Hofburg in Vienna, Austria: The International Intralogistics and Forklift Truck of the Year AWARD, or IFOY AWARD for short, was presented for the first time on April 26 in the former Habsburg residence. More than 600 invited guests - including Germany's Federal Transport Minister Andreas Scheuer - toasted the winners in the six categories with Schlumberger sparkling wine. A total of 15 products and solutions from a dozen intralogistics providers were nominated by the 29-member jury for the seventh round of the international award. As in previous years, the winners of 2019 remained secret until the last minute for all but the jurors. Therefore, the winners were moved when they received the IFOY trophy on the stage of the big ballroom.

Thunderous applause in the Vienna Hofburg on April 26, 2019: The winners of the International Intralogistics and Forklift Truck of the Year Award, or IFOY AWARD for short, were announced at a festive award night in the former Habsburg residence. Representatives of the intralogistics providers Cargometer, Jungheinrich, ProGlove, The Raymond Corporation, Still and UniCarriers Europe each received a trophy in front of more than 600 international guests from business, politics, science and the media. The 29 jurors had nominated 15 solutions and devices in six categories for the seventh round of the worldwide intralogistics competition and voted on the winners after a three-part audit.

IFOY finalists put to the test

Booths for talks, screens for presentations, zones for forklift testing: This was the setting for the IFOY TEST DAYS 2019 in a hall at the Hanover fairgrounds in Germany. 15 devices and solutions nominated for the IFOY AWARD from a total of a dozen manufacturers had to face the audit of the international intralogistics test over several days. New developments from Cargometer, Clark, Combilift, Hubtex, Jungheinrich, Raymond, SAE, Still, Torwegge, UniCarriers, ProGlove and Trône Seating were included.

IFOY AWARD 2019: Finalists announced

The finalists for this year's IFOY AWARD are nominated. From the pool of applicants for the seventh round of the world-renowned award the jury will send 15 products and solutions from a dozen manufacturers into the race for the best products and solutions of the year.

The brands Cargometer, Clark, Combilift, Hubtex, Jungheinrich, Raymond, SAE, Still, Torwegge and UniCarriers want to win the award in 2019. For the first time in the history of the IFOY AWARD products from ProGlove and Trône Seating were nominated by the jury in a separate startup category.
