On June 23, the logistics magazine BUSINESS+LOGISTIC published by Austrian publishing company RS Verlag staged the national presentation of the International Forklift Truck of the Year (IFOY) Award during the 21th Austrian Logistics Conference in Linz. The Austrian branches of the victorious Crown, Jungheinrich, Still and Toyota brands were presented with the awards sponsored by RS Verlag.

The international IFOY Award was presented on May 19 during a gala event at CeMAT trade fair in five categories: Forklift Truck Solution, Warehouse Truck, Automated Guided Vehicle, Counter Balance Truck up to 3.5 tons and Counter Balance Truck from 3.5 tons. All nominated trucks dn intralogistics solutions were put through their paces in the one-week IFOY Test and then assessed and evaluated by jury made up of trade journalists from eleven countries. The jury member from Austria was Hans-Joachim Schlobach, Publisher-Editor and Editor-in-Chief of the business magazine BUSINESS+LOGISTIC and Managing Director of the RS Verlag publishing firm.
